First I want to congratulate all of you who finished the Summer Reading Program! If you haven't done so already, please pick up your Be Creative @ Your Library Reading Certificate and free book here in the Children's Department.
Book Buddies Book Club will be back this Fall so please call the Children's Department to register: 353-5600 extension 4.
Book Buddies will be held on the third Tuesday of every month from September 2009 through May 2010. Our first meeting will be on Tuesday, September 15th at 3:30 pm. As always, yummy snacks will be provided!
Our first book will be No Talking by Andrew Clements. I will have copies of the book at our first meeting. We will discuss the rules of the road for the book club, talk about your summer reading and eat our tasty snacks! I'm looking forward to a great year of reading great books!
